Sugar Free Chinese Stir Fry Cooking Sauce Lemon & Ginger
(Serves 2)
Slice 2 pork loins into thin strips and fry until lightly browned.
Remove and keep warm. Stir fry some vegetables such as a yellow pepper, red onions and beans sprouts.
After a couple of minutes, whilst the vegetables are still crispy, add the pork and the sugar free Chinese Stir fry sauce and heat thoroughly.
Transfer to a warmed plate, sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander and cashew nuts.

Sugar Free Blackcurrant Preserve
Sweet & Spicy Dipping Sauce
Mix 2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Blackcurrant Jam with 1 teaspoon of hot mustard and 1 tablespoon of red wine, sherry or water. Stir to blend. Gently warm the sauce and place into a ramakin dish. Serve on the side with shredded chicken or duck and a crisp side salad.

Sugar Free Curried Apple Dip
Mix one part each of Grandma's Sugar Free Curried Apple Chutney and plain mayonnaise and mix. Serve with fresh vegetable crudités and dunk!

Sugar Free Coronation Sauce.
Take the recipe for the curried apple dip and add chopped dried apricots
chopped red peppers and chopped cucumber.
Add cooked shredded chicken breast then pile onto wholemeal bread slices.

Gently warm a tablespoon of sugar free Orange Marmalade and drizzle of your favourite brand of sugar free ice cream.
Sugar Free Orange Marmalade Stir Fry Dressing
Blend a teaspoon of Sugar Free Orange Marmalade with a little dry sherry and teaspoon of soy sauce for an instant stir fry dressing.
