You will find a warm and friendly welcome here at Square One's Bistro dining. Set in a 16th century cottage we have given it a fresh and light décor that compliments the setting and offers comfortable surroundings to enjoy your visit. Gentle background music, chatter from friends and the hum of busy shop create an atmosphere quite unique.

Menu

A wide and varied menu is available offering high quality main meals and light snacks and all are freshly prepared for you to order using our own products from the deli counters. You can always be assured of the very best ingredients used in preparing your meal in the Bistro.

Our Coffee is freshly ground throughout the day and we rotate the 10 different coffee’s we have available within the store. Our hot Belgian chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallow topping is a real pick me up after a brisk country walk. The Sandwich List offers 24 different fillings and our toasties are made with a seasoned extra virgin olive oil for a truly scrumptious flavour. A wide variety of hand baked mouth watering cakes are always available or you may be tempted with a house special ice cream sundae made with our much sort after double cream ice cream.

Square One Bistro supports Fair Trade and both fairly traded tea and coffee is available on the menu.

Service

Your food is made to order and your tea and coffee is brewed when you ask for it. This ensures that your meal is as fresh as it should be and your coffee is brewed – not stewed!
