| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We currently accept payments through Paypal Website Payments. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Delivery Schedule Delivery price is quoted for UK mainland only. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands an additional charge will apply. London congestion charges apply to goods sent via our courier service only. Please email: sales@squareonebistro.co.uk or tel. 01455 292406 for these prices. We do not despatch on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. *Seller is not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekend and bank holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All goods despatched via our carrier service are tracked and will need to be signed for upon receipt. The parcels will be despatched for next day delivery by prior arrangement to ensure availability of receipt. The delivery can be arranged to go to a residential address other than the purchaser if necessary or a place of work. If the carrier is unable to make the delivery or obtain a signature the goods will be forwarded onto the carriers nearest depot and will be available for collection for up to 5 working days. Failure to collect the parcel will result in the goods being retuned to ourselves. Providing the fault lies neither on our part or that of the carrier should a delivery fail, the goods will only be available for collection from the store unless a returns fee and a subsequent postal fee is paid by the purchaser. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage during transit to perishable goods due to heat or atmospheric conditions beyond our control. By accepting this service – the purchases agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions. |

| Returns Policy Reporting of damaged items or incorrect order must be on day of receipt. We will be happy to refund you with the cost of all or part of your order if products are faulty or incorrect providing they are returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original outer packaging within 7 days of receipt. For items that have been received damaged please notify us by email on day of receipt. Items must be returned by post and in its original outer container to Square One Bistro within 7 days. For reasons of health and safety, opened packages containing food products will only be refunded or exchanged if they were judged to be defective at the point of despatch. |
