Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently accept payments through Paypal Website Payments and World Pay.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-3 days of reciept of your order.

UK DELIVERY

From the date of dispatch, delivery times provided by Royal for First Class Recorded Delivery are 1-2 days. The Courier Service offered is a next day delivery from the date of the dispatch. All goods despatched via our Courier Service are tracked and will need to be signed for upon receipt. Royal Mail deliveries will also require a signature.

Your delivery can be arranged to go to a residential address other than the purchaser if necessary or a place of work. You will have this option on checkout to enter an alternative delivery address.

If the parcel is unable to be delivered or a signature cannot be obtained the parcel will be forwarded onto the Couriers nearest depot / post office and will be available for collection for up to 5 working days. Failure to collect the parcel will result in the goods being retuned to ourselves.

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

European Airmail Delivery is approx 3-5 days, International Delivery is approx 7-10 days. Delivery and dispatch times may vary depending on package origin and destination particularly during peak perioids such as at Christmas.

If your order is urgent and the same day dispatch is required with next day delivery, please contact Kevin Challis on 01455 292406 and where possible we shall try and accommodate your requested delivery.

We do not despatch on Saturday or Sunday

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included in the list price. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Square One Bistro do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
The buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order by giving the seller notice of cancellation within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, or emailing to the address set out on the Home Page.

On cancellation, we would request that the buyer shall promptly return the goods to us. Food items that are not faulty or damaged will not be subject to a refund if packaging has been opened. The return shall be at the buyers own cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by the seller, in which case the seller will meet the cost of return subject to being able to nominate the carrier.
