These items are available for pre-order, new stock arriving 9th of December and will be dispatched shortly after the stock arrives. No split orders on these items.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently accept payments through Paypal Website Payments and World Pay.

Shipping And Handling


Delivery Notes:

If the customer requests for the item to be left in the front porch or similiar instructions, Square One Online accepts NO responsibility for lost parcels, this request is entirely at the customer's own risk.

We do NOT accept requests for items to be left 'Next to front Door'

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days of reciept of your order. (Monday - Friday)

UK DELIVERY DETAILS:

From the date of Dispatch.

1st Class Roayl Mail Parcels are usually completed within 1-3 working days.

Standard Parcel deliveries are usually completed within 3-5 working days.

Parcelforce 48 Courier Delivery are usually completed within 2 working days.

Special Delivery are usually completed on a next day delivery (Excluding Saturday delivery)

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:

European Airmail Delivery is approx 5-10 days, International Delivery is approx 10-15 days. Delivery and dispatch times may vary depending on package origin and destination particularly during peak perioids such as at Christmas.

URGENT DELIVERY REQUESTS:

If your order is urgent and the same day dispatch is required with next day delivery, please contact Kevin Challis on 01162 899767 or square1online@gmail.com and where possible we shall try and accommodate your requested delivery.

We do not despatch on Saturday or Sunday.

HAMPER DELIVERY REQUESTS.

While we make every effort to ensure your hamper is recieved on the requested date of delivery, in some instances we may not be able to forefil this request. Your hamper will be delivered within a few days of the requested date.

At Christmas we ensure all hampers are dispatched 5 working days before Christmas Day to allow sufficient time for the delivery to take place.



Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Products marked as 'NEW STOCK ON ORDER'

These are marked in RED BOLD TEXT underneath the product and are currently being processed by our suppliers and are due in to us at the stated time on the website.

If you order contains any of these items, your complete order will be dispatched together when the new stock arrives in to us. Orders placed for these items cannot be split and will not be sent seperately.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included in the list price. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
The buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order by giving the seller notice of cancellation within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, or emailing to the address set out on the Home Page.

On cancellation, we would request that the buyer shall promptly return the goods to us. Food items that are not faulty or damaged will not be subject to a refund if packaging has been opened. The return shall be at the buyers own cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by the seller, in which case the seller will meet the cost of return subject to being able to nominate the carrier.

Refunds for items lost in the Postal System.

If an order has been lost in the postal system, a full refund will be issued 30 days from the date of dispatch / shipping. This time period is to allow the opportunity of a delivery to take place due the possibility of delays within the UK or Worlwide postal system.
