How can I pay? The store currently accepts online payments using World Pay and Paypal Secure Website Payments. Alternatively you can pay for your purchases by Personal cheque or by card via the telephone on 01455 292406.
I don't have a paypal account. No problem, on checkout you will have the option to use either World Pay's or Paypal's secure checkouts where you can pay using the following cards:

Who do I make the cheque payable to? Cheques to be made payable to Square One Bistro

What delivery methods do you use?The postal methods we use are Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded to ensure the security and trace-ability of your order up to parcels weighing 2.750kg.
Any orders weighing over 4.0kg are automatically sent out using our Interlink Courier Service, which is ideal for hampers and larger orders placed when Royal Mail's prices become un-competitive due to weight. This service costs £10.55 with a maximum of 30kg. There is also an option to select this service on any order.
Interlink Shipping GuidanceOrders placed on a Monday or Tuesday will be delivered to you before 3pm on a Thursday.
Orders placed on a Wednesday will be deliverd to you before 3pm on a Friday.
Orders placed on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered to you before 3pm the following Tuesday.
Our team takes great care and attention in carefully packing your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, in many cases items are sent out in specially designed boxes and in fill to ensure they travel safely through the postal system.
How much are the delivery charges?When making your selections the postal charges are calculated by weight exactly to Royal Mail's standards. We have weighed every individual product in our store to ensure when you place items in the basket the weight is calculated correctly.
Once your order has reached 2.750kg it will be charged a total of £10.55 for delivery, any additional items over and above 2.750kg are sent at NO additional cost.
You can view your postal charges upon checkout.
Upon receipt of your order, the postal weight is checked and if there has been an error in the calculation of the postal charges, we always refund any over payment made in postal charges.

0 - 100g = £1.14
101 - 250g = £1.45
251 - 500g = £1.94
501 - 750g = £2.51
751 - 1000g = £3.08
1001 - 1250g = £4.30
1.251 - 1500g = £5.00
1.501 - 1750g = £5.70
1.751 - 2000g = £6.40
2.001 - 4000g = £8.22
For example if you purchased 2 items from our store both weighing 100g totalling 200g, your order will fall into 101 - 250g bracket at £1.45 + our small handling fee.
What is your handling fee? The handling fee of £1.50 covers the 72p charged by the Post Office for the Recorded Certificate and the remaining fee for packing materials and for the additional weight of the postal box.
