How can I pay?

The store currently accepts online payments using RBS World Pay and Paypal Secure Website Payments. Alternatively you can pay for your purchases by card via the telephone on 01455 292406.

I don't have a paypal account.

No problem, on checkout you will have the option to use either World Pay's or Paypal's secure checkouts where you can pay using the following cards:

What delivery methods do you use?

The postal methods we use are Royal Mail 1st Class & 2nd Class and APC Streetwise Courier to ensure the security and trace-ability of your order.

APC Streetwise Courier - Next Day Delivery!

We can offer a next day delivery service of £5.99 - £8.99 on any of our orders delivered within the UK. To take advantage of this service, all orders must be placed before 10am, terms and conditions apply.

Packing your order

Our team takes great care and attention in carefully packing your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, in many cases items are sent out in specially designed boxes and in fill to ensure they travel safely through the postal system.

How much are the delivery charges?

When making your selections the postal charges are calculated by weight exactly to Royal Mail's standards. We have weighed every individual product in our store to ensure when you place items in the basket the weight is calculated correctly.

Couirer Deliveries start at £5.99 to £8.99
1st Class Deliveries start at £2.99 to £5.75
2nd Class Deliveries start at £2.75 to £4.10 *max weight 1.0kg

You can view your postal charges upon checkout.

Upon receipt of your order, the postal weight is checked and if there has been an error in the calculation of the postal charges, we always refund any over payment made in postal charges.

International Delivery

We offer international delivery on all of our items excluding our Hampers, due to the nature of the product and it's weight, they are only available to UK customers.

What International Delivery Service do you use?

We use Royal Mail Airmail for both European and Rest of the World deliveries. The average delivery time of this service is 5 working days for Europe and 5-10 working days World Wide.

What happens if my order has exceeded the shipping charges?

IIf your order has exceeded the shipping charges built into our website, please call us on 01455 292406 or e-mail sales@squareonebistro.co.uk and we should be able to help you.

Any orders over 2.0kg in weight will be split into 2 parcels to any European or Rest of World address.
